We serve out of our office to see the actual work, the plot, the building and the environment. The proposals and plans of work, they are sent to the customer by email in files that can see them easily, or send them on paper.
There are no official rates, or guidance, to comply with Spanish and European legislation concerning free competition. Each work is budgeted differently depending on the degree of complexity and performance of each customer service request.
Our clients are Private individuals, Companies, Real State Development, Builders, Communities of Owners, and Public Administration.

Data that you have to provide:
- the total useful surface area or surface area built for the house, or in each room (kitchen, living room, bathrooms, bedrooms, dressing, ...) and porch, cellar, garage, fenced yard, sidewalks, pool, ...
- if must be demolished a building or if it had to do before a land subdivision or a transfer of land to urbanization
budget for a license / opening project / activity
Data that you have to provide:
- the specific activity (snack bar and restaurant, grocery store, fabric store and offices, ...)
- usable area and partial or total built each use (sales area, warehouses, workshops, offices, toilets,...)
- facilities (air conditioning, refrigerators, music, ...)
budget for a technical inspection of building / tib
Data that you have to provide:
- number of homes, shops, garages and storage spaces
- number of floors and basements
- description of common areas: number of gates, stairways, elevators, gardens, pools, ...
