Demolition – Dismanteling
- The demolition or dismanteling are a part or the whole of a building, and no need to demolish the building is in ruin to demolish it, if you comply with technical standards and planning regulations.
- The declaration of ruin may be partial or total of a building. And they are initiated by the customer or the City Council.
- The demolitions involve a payment of building permit.
Houses – Villas - Cottages
Our working method:
1 º) We were in the plot, and you tell us how you want your house, even if you have a drawing or photograph, show us. The proposed plans are the files sent by email that you can easily see, or they are sent on paper. And we are proposing materials and facilities based on your ideas and budget for the work. Once implemented the plans, materials and facilities, we make the project documentation.
2 º) The building permit is requested and if the municipality requests clarification of the project is on us. Once granted building permit, you notify us the name of the builder and the date of commencement of work which has been realized with the construction.
3 º) The construction begins and we make the construction management, which is to address the clarifications to the construction company to build the house project that you want, and we went to work to ensure that the work is executed with respect to the project. During construction the customers can make all the changes you want as long as they comply with planning and technical regulations in force, and changes have been reviewed by the builder, architect and building engineer.
4 º) And finally, we collect the tests and controls, we checked shots that could be, and we delivered the final completion certificate.
