Study or Basic Studie of Safety and Health
- Are drafted based on the type of work and budget contained in the project implementation, demolition project, park project or urbanization project
- Collect appropriate preventive measures to the risks the work and provide the basis for the development of the Safety and Health Plan

Coordination of Safety and Health
- Coordination of safety in design phase is required when in developing the project involving several designers (architects and engineers)
- Coordination of safety on site is required when more than one company involved or self-employed workers
- Before a work is checked Safety Plan

Safety Plan
- It is mandatory before the start of a work
- The construction company responsible for carrying out the works the plan
- The construction company must have a safety officer on work
